U skladu sa Pravilnikom o kozmetičkim proizvodima ('Sl.glasnik RS', br. 60/2019) kojim se, između ostalog, uređuje način deklarisanja kozmetičkih proizvoda.Prema članu 15. Pravilnika, “Za proizvode čiji je minimalni rok trajanja duži od 30 meseci, navođenje minimalnog roka trajanja nije obavezno.
U skladu sa ovim Pravilnikom, na našim proizvodima navodimo „period nakon prvog otvaranja“ (eng.Period after opening - PAO), koji je označen simbolom otvorene teglice, sa označenim brojem meseci i/ili godina i koji označava vremenski period tokom kojeg se proizvod može koristiti bez štetnih posledica po zdravlje potrošača.Napominjemo da ova oznaka nije navedena kod proizvoda kod kojih koncept trajnosti nakon otvaranja nije relevantan, što je, takođe, u skladu sa novodonetim Pravilnikom.
